| To ensure the quality and integrity of our products all returns must be unopened and not used and must still contain a safety seal. If any cosultation and coaching has been given by our staff there will be a $50 deduction from your refund. |

Shipping : |
- HCG Advanced ships all orders USPS Parcel
Post. Every product we ship is packed according to shipping
standards and insured for the value of the product. Since we
ship according to standards all shipping claims will be
brought directly to USPS. Please contact us with any
questions regarding this.
- We ship to Canada, U.K., P.O. Boxes, and APO/AEs.
We adhere to Paypal’s shipment policies which
requires us to ship to the address you have registered with
them. Please contact us if you need your order sent
to a different address that is not listed on your
Paypal.
- All orders shipped within The State of CA are subject to
8.25% State Sales Tax which will be automatically calculated
into your final total.
- We provide tracking number(s) for packages sent via
USPS.
- We strive to ship our products within 1-2 business days.
If an order is placed early in a business day it usually
ships out same day. If a partial order is shipped separately
or back ordered you will be emailed with additional tracking
numbers or notified of the backorder date and when the item
is expected to ship.
- Orders will not be processed on holidays but will
be shipped the next available business day.

Should Damage Occur During Shipping
: |
| We inspect all items before shipping and do the utmost to
effectively pack and ship to prevent damages that could occur
during shipment. However, should the order arrive damaged, you
must report this to the shipping carrier within 24 hours. All
boxes and packing material must be saved, (sometimes the
shipping company will require inspection of these materials
before they will honor a damage claim). Please contact us about
the damage after you have made a claim with USPS. We will
notify you when we receive the credit from the carrier, and the
replacement product will be re-shipped. |

Incorrect Shipment : |
| In the event the incorrect product is shipped, or the
product is defective, we will rectify and fill the order. |
